[Again, the issuance of CoA and LoA is done through various permissions. 

So it takes several days to issue, and for this reason, we recommend a C-3 short-term visa.]

We are planning to issue the Certificate of Admission (COA) & SNU Business Registration Certificate for your student (D-2-8) visa application.

Do not apply IF you can get C-3 (Short-term visit_Much more simple preparation for students) visa. 

Please sign up via the link below at your earliest convenience as it generally takes about 1~2 weeks to issue the documents and send them back to you by e-mail.

○ Procedures

[Students] Check out your passport (expiration date) & Apply  → [SNU OIA] Issuance of CoA & Business Registration (via e-mail only) → [Students] Apply for D-2 Visa in Korean Embassy →  [Students] Join ISP at SNU  

※ It will take at least one or two weeks (first-come-first-served basis) to issue the CoA. 

There is no expedited service available. Calling / E-mailing OIA to hasten the application process will cause further delay instead, and please note that we do not answer for the exact expected date for the issuance

Also, if your passport has less than six months remaining until the expiration date, you should renew it before the application.
